About GoKartMasters
Four generations of go-kart and small-engine experience
About GoKartMasters
We are a small family business helping parents and grandparents choose, own and enjoy real powersports machines with confidence.
GoKartMasters combines nearly 20 years of TrailMaster experience with the practical help families need after the sale: honest model advice, detailed assembly resources, OEM parts, service education and a 12-month Master Warranty.
Why we do this
Helping Families Get Back to Fun
We believe the best reason to own a go-kart or mini bike is not racing, street riding or building the most modified machine. It is getting outside together.
Our own family uses these machines at camp, on our backyard track and along the dirt roads of South Dakota farm country. We invite friends to ride, teach children how to operate a real machine responsibly and make the kind of memories that are hard to create around a screen.
That experience shapes the way we sell. We help shoppers think about rider fit, maturity, terrain, supervision and long-term ownership instead of simply pointing them toward the most expensive model.
A real family behind the website
Four Generations of Building, Riding and Repairing
Our family story reaches back through generations of small-engine work and recreational vehicles. David Loveless built mini bikes by hand through Loveless Enterprises. His son Ron, known to many customers as RonnyJack, grew up designing, manufacturing and repairing the machines alongside him.
Today, Scott and Kimberly Pannell continue that hands-on tradition with their children. Scott is a master mechanic. Kimberly develops owner resources, assembles machines, answers real customer questions and helps turn shop experience into instructions families can actually use.
The names, locations and products have changed over the years, but the purpose has stayed familiar: build useful knowledge, help people take care of their equipment and make outdoor fun easier to share.

Why We Have Stayed With One Brand
We have worked with several imported powersports brands. TrailMaster has consistently offered the strongest combination of build quality, model selection, parts continuity and willingness to improve its machines. We have even provided input on engineering, features and new models over the years.
What makes the experience different
Support Before and After the Sale
A product listing should be the beginning of the help, not the end. GoKartMasters builds resources for the entire ownership journey.
A clear ownership expectation
What Families Should Know Before Buying
We want customers to enjoy these machines for years, and that starts with understanding what ownership requires.

Common questions about our company
About GoKartMasters FAQ
Who owns GoKartMasters?
GoKartMasters is operated by Scott and Kimberly Pannell with help from their family, continuing a four-generation tradition of go-kart and small-engine work.
Where is GoKartMasters located?
GoKartMasters operates online from Lennox, South Dakota. We do not currently have a public showroom, customer pickup or test rides.
How long has GoKartMasters sold TrailMaster?
Our family has worked with TrailMaster since the brand came to the United States, giving us nearly 20 years of hands-on product, parts and service experience.
Do you help people who bought a TrailMaster elsewhere?
Anyone may shop our TrailMaster parts and use our free articles, manuals and videos. Individual technical and warranty support is prioritized for customers who purchased their machine from GoKartMasters.
Are you a local repair shop?
No. We are an online dealer and parts business. We provide written resources, videos, model identification, OEM parts and support for qualifying GoKartMasters customers, but we do not operate a public service counter.
What is the best way to contact GoKartMasters?
Text 605-368-1612 or email support@gokartmasters.com. Text is usually the best way to begin because our small team cannot always reach the phone while working in the warehouse. Include your name, order information, exact model and a clear description.
Ready to Get Your Family Back to Fun?
Start with the rider, the place you will ride and the kind of ownership experience you want. We will help you narrow down the model without pretending that one kart is right for everyone.
