Why we do this

Helping Families Get Back to Fun

We believe the best reason to own a go-kart or mini bike is not racing, street riding or building the most modified machine. It is getting outside together.

Our own family uses these machines at camp, on our backyard track and along the dirt roads of South Dakota farm country. We invite friends to ride, teach children how to operate a real machine responsibly and make the kind of memories that are hard to create around a screen.

That experience shapes the way we sell. We help shoppers think about rider fit, maturity, terrain, supervision and long-term ownership instead of simply pointing them toward the most expensive model.

A real family behind the website

Four Generations of Building, Riding and Repairing

Our family story reaches back through generations of small-engine work and recreational vehicles. David Loveless built mini bikes by hand through Loveless Enterprises. His son Ron, known to many customers as RonnyJack, grew up designing, manufacturing and repairing the machines alongside him.

Today, Scott and Kimberly Pannell continue that hands-on tradition with their children. Scott is a master mechanic. Kimberly develops owner resources, assembles machines, answers real customer questions and helps turn shop experience into instructions families can actually use.

The names, locations and products have changed over the years, but the purpose has stayed familiar: build useful knowledge, help people take care of their equipment and make outdoor fun easier to share.

Why TrailMaster

Why We Have Stayed With One Brand

We have worked with several imported powersports brands. TrailMaster has consistently offered the strongest combination of build quality, model selection, parts continuity and willingness to improve its machines. We have even provided input on engineering, features and new models over the years.

A Size for Real Families Mini, Mid and full-size platforms make it possible to choose by rider fit and use instead of forcing every family into one machine.
Parts That Stay Available TrailMaster continues supporting discontinued machines, and many updated components remain compatible with older models.
Machines Worth Maintaining Frames, engines and drivetrains can last for years when owners keep up with oil, fuel, filters, belts, chains and adjustments.
Our honest view TrailMaster machines are not maintenance-free toys. A cold weld or small production issue can occasionally appear, and normal wear parts still wear out. We recommend the brand because the overall platform is stout, repairable and supported for long-term ownership.

A clear ownership expectation

What Families Should Know Before Buying

We want customers to enjoy these machines for years, and that starts with understanding what ownership requires.

Assembly is required. Most machines arrive about 80 percent assembled. A mechanically capable family can complete the work with normal metric tools.
The first service is at five hours.Change the engine oil and inspect the machine after its initial break-in period.
Routine service continues.Plan service about every 20 hours or once a year, whichever comes first.
Adjustments are normal.Chains, belts, cables, brakes, tire pressure and hardware need inspection and occasional attention.
Riders need real safety gear.Use a properly fitted DOT-approved full-face helmet, closed-toed shoes and the installed restraints.
Owners stay involved.Pay attention to how the machine looks, sounds and feels so changes are noticed early.
