No returns on electrical items, performance parts or individual parts from kits.
All items in the description must be returned to receive a refund. Some parts may only receive store credit, not a cash value refund.
How to Return Parts:
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE APPROVAL. Please email us for approval.
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- Include the original order number in your return request.
- The item(s) must be returned without being used, installed or damaged in any way. Must be in new condition in original packaging. We cannot accept electrical returns unless we sent you the wrong part.
- You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges both ways. Shipping charges will not be refunded when the refund is issued.
- We do not exchange parts. You may return a part for a refund and place a new order if you'd like. Please request store credit if you desire to purchase something else.
- Returns sent back without prior approval will not be refunded.
- Please allow up to 1 week to receive the refund on your account once the order is received at our warehouse. We will send you an email to verify that we have received the part and issued the refund.
