There are a lot of options for a 6-8 year old. Their height will determine whether they can reach the pedals on a mid size kart. Consider their abilities and experience level. Then, you can decide which features you want. If you're not sure, give us a call and we can share our best advice.

We strongly suggest all go kart riders wear a DOT approved full face helmet. Operating a go kart comes with risks and you should prepare yourself and other riders with the proper gear. For children, we recommend a helmet and a set of goggles. For adults, there are lots of options with built in face shields. See some of our suggestions below.
