Real Help for TrailMaster Owners
Find manuals, assembly help, maintenance guidance, parts diagrams, warranty information and model-specific answers from a family dealership that works with these machines every day.
Start with the resource that matches your question. The fastest answer is often already in a model hub, manual, service bulletin or troubleshooting guide. If you still need help, send the information listed in our contact guide so our family can help without starting over.

From Crate to First Ride
New TrailMaster Owner Resources
TrailMaster go-karts and mini bikes are real powersports machines. They arrive partially assembled and require inspection, setup, break-in service and ongoing maintenance. The New Owner Academy puts those steps in the order families actually need them.
Find the Right Information First
Parts, Manuals & Model Identification
Do not order TrailMaster parts by appearance alone. Standard and Plus Minis use different components. A 150 and 200 can share chassis pieces but use different engine, electrical, fuel or drivetrain parts. Carbureted and EFI fuel-system parts are not interchangeable.
Identify the exact model
Use the frame plate, decals and equipment - not the engine number - to identify the machine.
Identify my TrailMasterOpen the correct diagram
Use exploded drawings and the part-number legend. Factory manuals can be incomplete, so read the GKM notes.
Open parts breakdownsSearch or request the part
Search the OEM number. If a part is not online, send the model, diagram and photos so we can check availability.
Shop TrailMaster partsParts support is open to every TrailMaster owner. You can purchase listed and special-order parts from GoKartMasters even if the machine was bought somewhere else. Individual technical support is prioritized for customers who purchased their machine from us.
Diagnose Before Replacing Parts
Technical Help by Symptom
Start with the simple checks. Many first-week problems come from a fuel valve left off, choke used incorrectly, parking brake not fully released, weak battery, loose fuse, incorrect chain adjustment or shifter cable that needs its initial adjustment.
Stop and contact us if the brakes are ineffective, the throttle does not return, steering binds, fuel or brake fluid leaks, a chain repeatedly comes off, the machine produces severe vibration or grinding, the shocks bottom out unexpectedly, or you are unsure whether it is safe to continue.
Written Claims & Clear Expectations
Master Warranty & Shipping Damage
GoKartMasters extends qualifying coverage to 12 months for the original purchaser. Coverage begins on delivery and addresses approved manufacturing defects and properly documented shipping damage. Normal wear, maintenance, labor, misuse and damage caused by modifications are not automatic warranty claims.
Read the policy first
Review eligibility, required maintenance, exclusions, diagnosis, authorization and defective-part return procedures.
Read the Master WarrantyBegin in writing
Warranty communication must begin by text, email or the claim form. Do not discard parts or perform unauthorized repairs.

Write concerns on the bill of lading, have the driver acknowledge them and photograph every side before uncrating.

Contact GoKartMasters
We are a small family business. When we are in the warehouse, helping another customer or working on a machine, we cannot always answer the phone. Text is usually the fastest way to create a clear record, and we get back to every customer as we are able.
Your name, the name used on the order, order number if available, exact model, when the problem began, what the machine does now, oil level, photos, troubleshooting already attempted and a short video when useful. Videos must be emailed because our text system does not accept them.
Regular support is handled Monday through Friday. We sometimes answer urgent messages on weekends, but family time matters and weekend responses are not guaranteed. Repeated calls, texts and emails can slow the response by interrupting work already in progress.
