GoKartMasters.com is operated by RPW Karts, LLC, a family-owned online powersports retailer located in Lennox, South Dakota. In this policy, "GoKartMasters," "we," "us" and "our" refer to RPW Karts, LLC and GoKartMasters.com.

This policy applies to personal information collected through GoKartMasters.com, store checkout, customer accounts, contact and support forms, warranty communications, parts-identification requests, reviews, contests and direct communications with our team.

This policy does not control a third-party website, embedded service, social network, payment provider, freight carrier or other service that maintains its own privacy policy. When you leave our website or use a third-party service, review that provider's policy as well.

The store and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies. These technologies can remember cart contents and account sessions, keep the site secure, measure traffic, understand how pages perform and support advertising or marketing.

Our products may be used by children with responsible adult supervision, but the GoKartMasters website and checkout are intended for adults. Purchasers must be at least 18 years old.

We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from a child under 13. A parent or legal guardian should submit sizing questions, orders, reviews, photographs, videos, contest entries and support requests involving a child. If you believe a child under 13 sent personal information to us without appropriate parental involvement, contact us so we can review and, when appropriate, delete it.

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to ask what personal information we maintain, request access or correction, request deletion, obtain a portable copy, or opt out of certain targeted advertising or sharing.

1. Send the request in writing to support@gokartmasters.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
2. Identify the account or transaction using your name, email address and order number when applicable.
3. Describe the request clearly. Tell us whether you want access, correction, deletion, a marketing opt-out or another available choice.
4. Complete reasonable verification. We may need information that confirms your identity before releasing, changing or deleting a record.
5. Use an authorized agent only when permitted. We may require proof that the agent is authorized and may still need to verify the consumer directly.

A request may be limited or denied when an exception applies, including when records must be kept to complete a transaction, provide warranty support, meet tax or legal obligations, protect security, prevent fraud or establish and defend legal claims. We will not discriminate against a customer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
