Parts and model identification
TrailMaster Parts Breakdowns, Manuals & Wiring Diagrams
Find exploded parts drawings, factory manuals, assembly references and electrical diagrams for TrailMaster go-karts, mini bikes and selected UTVs. GoKartMasters adds hands-on model guidance anywhere the factory documents are incomplete, outdated or mislabeled.
How We Label These Resources
Model guidance checked against machines, parts and service experience from our own shop.
A useful TrailMaster assembly, parts or service document. Production changes may still affect individual machines.
The factory title, model coverage, EFI labeling, diagram or part-number list is known to be incomplete or unreliable.
No Blind Guessing
If anything conflicts, stop and identify the exact model. Installed parts are considered used, and electrical and performance parts are not returnable.

How to Use a Parts Breakdown
- Confirm the complete machine model. Do not use the engine number as the go-kart model. If needed, use our identification guide first.
- Open the original manual whenever possible. Use a newer compatible manual only when compatibility has been confirmed.
- Find the part in the exploded drawing. Match its numbered callout to the parts legend.
- Copy the OEM number exactly. Search GoKartMasters using the complete number, including letters, periods and leading zeros.
- If the number is missing or does not search, contact us. Factory diagrams sometimes omit a number, show an old number or use a number that has been superseded.
- Confirm before installation. Once installed, a part is considered used. Electrical and performance parts are not returnable.
Why Some Manuals Need GoKartMasters Notes
Production Changes
TrailMaster has supported older machines exceptionally well, and many updated parts remain backward-compatible. However, graphics, tires, brakes, electrical components and model packages can change over time.
Factory Document Errors
Some factory manuals contain missing callout numbers, outdated part numbers or drawings carried forward from an older model. The current Mini Plus files are the clearest example.
Names Used Online
EFI and trim names are not always consistent across dealer websites. For example, 200E XRS may also appear as “200 XRS EFI,†while Hurricane 200 Pro and Hurricane 200X Pro refer to the same electric-start mini bike.
Our Verification Standard
When a factory title conflicts with the machine, GoKartMasters uses the actual components, model history and hands-on parts experience to guide the customer.

- Mid XRS Pre-Delivery Inspection Reference
Factory instructions may omit practical steps or reflect older production. Follow the GoKartMasters guide when the two differ.
Comparison Charts & General Reference Guides
These supporting documents can help identify a model family or prepare for ownership. Current GoKartMasters product listings and owner hubs take priority when an older chart conflicts with current equipment.

Battery Reference
Use this factory sheet as a supporting reference. Current TrailMaster machines use ready-to-go gel batteries; older acid-fill instructions may apply only to legacy batteries.
