Advice before the sale
We Help You Choose the Machine That Fits Your Family
We do not simply read specifications from a catalog. Our family assembles, rides, maintains and repairs TrailMaster machines. We have watched young beginners learn on Minis, growing riders move into Mid-size karts and adults share full-size machines with children and grandchildren.
When you ask for help choosing, we consider pedal reach, rider experience, supervision, passenger plans, terrain and how long you hope to keep the machine. Sometimes the right answer is the more expensive model. Sometimes it is not. Our job is to explain the tradeoffs clearly enough for your family to decide.
Transparent pricing
Compare the Delivered Price, Not Just the First Number You See
GoKartMasters includes standard freight shipping on go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes within the lower 48 states. For complete machines, we pay for residential delivery and liftgate service. The freight carrier should schedule an appointment and unload the crate at the end of the driveway.
No surprise machine freight
Standard shipping is included on go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes.
Price-match review
We will compare legitimate offers, including freight and the fees that may appear only in another seller's cart.
Clear ownership terms
We publish assembly, warranty, cancellation and no-return expectations before you order.
Freight is performed by an independent carrier, so individual delivery experiences can vary. Read our freight and delivery guide before ordering.

Useful Help Does Not End When the Crate Arrives
A powersports machine requires assembly, maintenance and occasional troubleshooting. That is why we have built an owner education system around the machines we sell. GoKartMasters customers receive practical resources for freight delivery, uncrating, assembly, first start, break-in, regular service and common repairs.
New Owner Academy
Start with delivery, assembly, fluids, first start, pre-ride inspection and the required five-hour service.
Prepare for ownership →Manuals and diagrams
Find assembly references, factory parts breakdowns, wiring diagrams and GoKartMasters notes when factory material is incomplete.
Open manuals and downloads →Video instruction
The GoKartMasters Academy turns frequent support questions into videos families can watch beside their machine.

Twelve Months of Limited Coverage With Clear Responsibilities
The GoKartMasters Master Warranty provides approved replacement parts for qualifying manufacturing defects and properly documented shipping damage. TrailMaster coverage typically applies during the first 90 days, and GoKartMasters extends qualifying coverage to 12 months from delivery for the original purchaser.
- Warranty claims must begin in writing by text or email.
- Correct assembly, inspection and maintenance remain the owner's responsibility.
- The required first service is performed at five hours; routine service follows about every 20 hours or annually.
- Normal wear, maintenance, labor, misuse and damage caused by modifications are not covered.
- Professional assembly is not required, but the machine must be assembled and adjusted correctly.
Long-term ownership
Parts Support Matters Years After the Purchase
One reason we have stayed with TrailMaster is parts continuity. Many older and discontinued machines remain serviceable because newer components are often compatible with earlier models. About 90 percent of the parts we sell are genuine TrailMaster OEM parts; when an aftermarket item is demonstrably better, we may offer that option too.
We sell parts to every TrailMaster owner, including people who purchased their machine somewhere else. If a currently available part is not listed online, we can often special-order it from TrailMaster.
A fair comparison
Questions Worth Asking Any Online Powersports Dealer

|---|---|---|
| Delivered price | Low advertised prices can grow after freight and checkout fees. | Standard shipping is included on go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes. |

Frequently asked questions
Questions About Buying From GoKartMasters
Is GoKartMasters an authorized TrailMaster dealer?
Yes. GoKartMasters has sold and supported TrailMaster machines since the brand entered the United States nearly 20 years ago. We have also provided hands-on feedback about engineering, features and model development.
Where is GoKartMasters located?
GoKartMasters is an online-only family business based in Lennox, South Dakota. We do not currently operate a retail showroom, offer test rides or provide customer pickup.
Is shipping really included?
Standard shipping is included on go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes in the lower 48 states. Complete machines normally ship by third-party freight with residential and liftgate service. Freight timing and individual carrier service cannot be guaranteed.
Does a purchase include technical help?
GoKartMasters customers receive priority access to our owner resources and individual technical support. Text is usually the fastest contact method. Because we are a small family operation, we do not promise immediate replies or unlimited lifetime telephone support.
Can I buy parts if I purchased my machine elsewhere?
Yes. Our parts store, manuals, diagrams, articles and public videos are available to all TrailMaster owners. Complimentary one-to-one technical support is prioritized for GoKartMasters machine customers.
What does the Master Warranty cover?
The 12-month limited Master Warranty provides approved replacement parts for qualifying manufacturing defects and documented shipping damage. It does not replace routine maintenance, wear parts, labor or damage caused by misuse. Read the complete policy before ordering.
Does GoKartMasters price match?
We will review legitimate competitor offers. Compare the complete delivered total, because some sellers add freight, residential delivery or other fees after the advertised price.
