Ask for another format
Tell us what page, document, product information or task you need, and what format or communication method would help you use it.
We are a small family business and cannot always answer the telephone while working in the warehouse. Text and email are usually the most dependable ways to reach us. We review accessibility requests and respond as quickly as reasonably possible, but we do not promise an exact response time.
Our commitment
Our Accessibility Goal
We work toward making GoKartMasters.com understandable, navigable and usable for customers with visual, hearing, mobility, speech, cognitive, language, learning and neurological disabilities.
Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, where reasonably applicable to our website and online services. WCAG is an internationally recognized set of recommendations for making digital content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
This statement is not a claim that every page and file already fully conforms. GoKartMasters has many older pages, manufacturer documents, embedded services and third-party store components. We are updating and improving those resources systematically.
Ongoing improvements
What We Are Doing
Clear structure
We use descriptive headings, sections, lists, tables and link text so customers can scan pages and understand where a link will lead.
Readable presentation
Our updated pages use high-contrast black, white and yellow colors, responsive text sizing, generous spacing and layouts that reflow on smaller screens.
Keyboard access
We work to keep navigation, links, forms, controls and store tasks available without requiring precise mouse movements.
Images and video
We are improving alternative text for meaningful images and using descriptive titles, surrounding explanations and captions or transcripts when they are available.
Plain-language guidance
We rewrite technical product, assembly, maintenance and warranty information so families can understand the task without unnecessary jargon.
Multiple contact methods
Customers can contact us by email, text or telephone and may request assistance completing an online task or accessing important information.
Transparency
Known Limitations and Third-Party Content
Some content may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as our newly updated pages. Known areas of ongoing work include:
Older website pages
Legacy pages may contain older formatting, vague link text, inconsistent heading structure or presentation that does not reflow as well as our current page system.
Factory PDFs and diagrams
Manufacturer parts manuals, wiring diagrams and assembly files may be scanned, image-based, mislabeled, incomplete or difficult for screen readers to interpret.
Embedded video
Some older videos may rely on automatically generated captions or may not yet include a complete transcript or audio description.
Store and payment tools
Checkout, financing, reviews, payment, search, chat, advertising and other functions may be supplied by third parties whose code and accessibility we do not fully control.
If one of these limitations prevents access, contact us. We will work with you to provide the relevant information or reasonable assistance through another available method.
Alternative access
Request Help With Information or an Online Task
We can help locate product information, compare models, identify a part, explain an ordering step, provide policy information or make an existing resource available in another reasonable format when possible.
Please include:
- Your name and preferred contact method
- The page address or name of the resource
- The product, model or order involved
- The information or task you need to access
- The format or accommodation that would help
- Any deadline related to the request
For warranty claims, begin the request in writing and include the purchaser name, order number, exact model and a description of the problem. Videos should be emailed because our text-message system does not accept them.
