This hub supports the current 200 XRS, 200E XRS and 200E XRX plus discontinued carbureted 200 XRX, 150 XRS and 150 XRX machines. Older owners are welcome here too.

Legacy Blazer note: the 150 family also included Blazer models. Use the Blazer parts category for bodywork and model-specific trim.
Do not identify the kart by its engine number. Multiple models share engines. Use the model decal, serial plate behind the driver's seat and complete-machine photos.
What to photograph
Carburetor or EFI? XRS or XRX?
Carbureted Model
Look behind the air-filter box for a visible carburetor and mechanical fuel components. A carbureted kart does not have an EFI computer behind the driver's seat.
EFI Model
Photograph behind the driver's seat for the ECU, then photograph the top of the engine. EFI adds a throttle body, injector, wiring, fuel pump and oxygen sensor.

The XRX package does not change the basic size, power or performance platform. The 200 models share the frame, dimensions, suspension, CVT drivetrain, forward-neutral-reverse transmission, brakes, rear axle, seats, restraints and basic assembly process. XRX changes equipment and appearance.

TrailMaster 150 and 200 Parts
The current 200E model categories contain the shared chassis and mechanical parts for both carbureted and EFI versions. Use the dedicated EFI category for the computer, injector, sensors, throttle body, fuel pump and Bluetooth equipment.
Common owner needs include CVT belts, shifter cables, chains, brake parts, batteries, starter components, key switches, complete seat sets, restraints, tires, wheels, axle and sprocket parts, air filters, fuel pumps, wiring, mirrors, lights and dashboard parts.
Two frequent EFI purchases: the compatible Bluetooth diagnostic device and replacement EFI components. Bluetooth functions require a compatible Android device; iPhone and iPad are not supported.

Carburetor and ROJO EFI Support
GoKartMasters Upgraded Carburetor
Our replacement carburetor uses removable bowl screws, making future cleaning and service more practical.
GoKartMasters also installs the jet sizes we selected through hands-on research and development with these karts. This is not a generic, untouched replacement carburetor.
ROJO EFI System
EFI replaces the carburetor with an ECU, throttle body, injector, oxygen sensor, high-pressure fuel system and additional wiring. Its self-learning program adjusts fuel delivery for the engine and conditions.
GoKartMasters stocks the EFI parts for these machines and supports the optional Android-compatible Bluetooth diagnostic device.

Assembling a TrailMaster Full-Size Kart
The full-size assembly guide applies to the 150 and 200 chassis families. The kart arrives approximately 80 percent assembled; the engine, steering system, brakes and electrical system are prepared, while the owner finishes items such as the cage, wheels, seats, steering wheel, battery and model-specific equipment.

How to Start a TrailMaster 200 Go-Kart
- Select neutral.
- Press and hold the brake pedal to activate the starter safety switch.
- Turn the key one click to ON.
- EFI models: pause briefly in ON so the fuel pump can prime.
- Turn the key to START and release it when the engine starts.
- Do not hold the starter for more than six seconds. Wait momentarily before trying again.
- Pat the accelerator gently only if the engine needs help staying running.
- Warm the engine for approximately one minute before riding.
Carbureted cold start
The 200 carbureted engine uses an electric choke. If it needs additional choke, cover the snorkel coming from the air-filter box with your hand while cranking.
No crank?
Confirm neutral, press the brake firmly and check battery voltage. A failed or misadjusted brake safety switch can prevent starter operation.
Break-in and regular service
150 and 200 Maintenance Schedule
First five hours
Ride normally and pay attention. Check the chain approximately every hour while it finishes stretching.
At five hours
Complete the required first service: engine oil, hardware, brakes, steering, lugs, chain, belt and adjustment checks.
Ongoing service
Approximately every 20 hours or once a year, whichever comes first.
- Use synthetic 10W-30 engine oil. The engine takes one quart or less; use the dipstick as the final gauge.
- Never add oil to the gearbox. It is factory lubricated, and overfilling can blow out gaskets.
- Maintain approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch of chain movement.
- Inspect the CVT belt for debris, cracks, glazing or unusual wear. A fresh seasonal belt is optional but can prevent trouble.
- Carbureted models may need idle adjustment; EFI models do not have a carburetor to adjust.
- Adjust shifter cables when the lever and gearbox do not agree. Repeated loss of adjustment can indicate a damaged or binding cable.
Check simple causes first
Common 150 and 200 Owner Problems
Starter does nothing
Select neutral, press the brake and check the battery. Then inspect the brake safety switch, key switch, solenoid and starter connections.
Cranks but will not run
Carburetor: check fresh fuel, fuel flow, electric choke and idle. EFI: let the pump prime, inspect connectors and use system data before replacing sensors.
Will not shift correctly
Adjust the shifter cables before assuming the transmission has failed. New karts occasionally need an initial adjustment.
Slow takeoff or no movement
Inspect the CVT belt and variator. A rubber smell, belt dust, lag or noise from inside the cover indicates drive-system attention is needed.
Chain noise or derailment
Check alignment and maintain 1/4 to 1/2 inch of movement. A chain can pop, fall off or rob power when incorrectly adjusted.
Ride feels wrong
Check tire pressure, wheel installation, brake drag, steering, hardware and suspension before continuing. Stop if there is grinding, severe vibration or ineffective braking.
Safety Before Every Ride
- Wear a properly fitted DOT-approved full-face helmet, eye protection and closed-toed shoes.
- Fasten every rider's restraint and keep arms and legs inside the frame.
- Check brake firmness, throttle return, steering, tires, wheels, hardware and the kill switch.
- One person per seat; use adult supervision for young drivers.
- Begin each session slowly and inspect the riding area for new hazards.
