Shipping & Returns

Complete machines and replacement parts follow different shipping and return rules. Use this page for the quick answer, then follow the linked policy or delivery guide when you need the complete details.

The Short Answer

Go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes

Free Shipping

GoKartMasters includes shipping on complete go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes shipped within the lower 48 states. Large vehicle types that require car-hauler delivery need a separate quote when offered.

Complete machines

No Returns After Shipment

Once a complete machine has shipped, the order cannot be canceled, returned or refunded. Covered problems are handled through freight-damage support or the Master Warranty.

Replacement parts

Eligible parts must be unused, never installed and approved for return before they are mailed. Electrical and performance parts are not returnable.

Machine Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Before the Machine Ships

GoKartMasters generally has a no-cancellation policy. If the machine has not shipped, GoKartMasters may approve a cancellation at its discretion. An approved refund is reduced by a 3% payment-processing charge.

After the Machine Ships

There is no cancellation, refund or return after shipment. This includes undamaged machines that a customer decides they no longer want. Do not refuse or send back a repairable shipment without written authorization.

If Something Is Wrong

Shipping damage and qualifying manufacturing defects are handled by supplying approved replacement parts under the applicable freight-damage process or limited warranty. Labor and ordinary maintenance remain the owner's responsibility.

Typical delivery timing

Most machines arrive within approximately 10 to 14 days of the original order. Processing, inventory, freight routes, weather and terminal schedules can change that timing. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Freight delivery

Inspect Before You Sign

Freight is performed by an independent carrier. GoKartMasters pays for residential delivery, a delivery appointment, liftgate service and a required signature, but the local freight terminal and driver perform the actual delivery.

Normally Accept and Document

Most cardboard and metal-crate damage is cosmetic. Accept repairable shipments, but write every concern on the bill of lading before signing.

Have the driver initial or sign beside the notation and photograph the completed delivery receipt.

Refuse Extraordinary Damage

Refuse a wrong model, a clearly punctured or catastrophically damaged engine, oil leaking throughout the shipment, or serious structural damage to the lower cockpit frame. Contact GoKartMasters when possible before refusing.

Photograph the shipment from every angle

  • Front and back
  • Left and right sides
  • Top of the crate
  • Inside the crate when visible
  • Shipping labels and identifying numbers
  • Close-ups of every concern
  • The unloading process if handling looks rough
  • The signed bill of lading

Report damage or missing parts within two weeks, preferably on delivery day. Keep the crate and packaging until the machine is fully assembled, inventoried and inspected.

Replacement parts

Parts Shipping & Return Eligibility

Parts may ship from the GoKartMasters warehouse or be drop-shipped by TrailMaster. Orders may arrive in separate packages through UPS, FedEx or USPS. The selected carrier or service is not guaranteed when TrailMaster fulfills the order.

A Part May Be Eligible If

  • You contact GoKartMasters within 30 days
  • Return authorization is approved first
  • The part is unused and has never been installed
  • The part is not electrical or a performance part

Return Costs

The customer normally pays return shipping unless GoKartMasters made the shipping or fulfillment mistake.

Restocking charges may apply, especially to large items. Exchanges may require additional shipping charges.

Do Not Install It Yet

Installed parts are considered used. Confirm the exact model, part number, fit and electrical connections before installation. Electrical parts cannot be returned even if they were not installed.

Damaged, incorrect or missing parts

Keep the box and packing material. Photograph the package, shipping label, packing material, part, damage and every printed part number. Contact GoKartMasters before mailing anything back or filing a separate carrier claim.

Choose the correct process

A Return Is Not the Same as a Warranty Claim

Machine has a possible defect

Begin a written Master Warranty claim before repairing or discarding parts.

Master Warranty policy

Unused part may need returning

Request written return authorization within 30 days before mailing the part.
