GoKartMasters Family Buying Guide
Why Choose the Cheetah 6?
Like the Cheetah's sporty, UTV-inspired styling and prefer gasoline power? The TrailMaster Cheetah 6 brings a 163cc engine, automatic transmission and reverse to a youth off-road kart. It's another option to compare alongside our Mini and Mid favorites when choosing your family's next outdoor adventure.
Automatic with Reverse
The automatic CVT requires no manual gear changes while driving forward. Reverse helps the driver back out and reposition the kart.
Electric Start + Backup
Electric starting adds everyday convenience, with a pull-start backup also included. Follow the engine's starting and choke instructions.
Front and Rear Suspension
Double A-arm front suspension and a rear swing arm help absorb bumps on suitable off-road riding areas.
Cheetah 6 or Electric Cheetah i6?
The Cheetah 6 uses a gasoline engine; the Cheetah i6 uses battery power. Choose based on how your family plans to ride and maintain the kart. Gas ownership includes fuel storage, oil changes and engine care. Electric ownership includes charging time and battery care. Compare each model's fit and specifications separately.
Start with Rider Fit
Check comfortable pedal reach, secure seating and the listed 180 lb maximum load. Age alone doesn't establish fit or readiness. Match the kart to the driver's experience and riding area, with adult supervision, helmets and appropriate riding gear. If you're comparing a Cheetah 6 with a Mini or Mid, send us the rider's height, inseam and experience for help narrowing the choices.
Get Ready for Christmas Riding
Plan time for delivery, assembly, engine preparation and a pre-ride inspection before the first ride. Select your color above when you're ready to order, or ask GoKartMasters for help choosing the right model.
Cheetah 6 Details, Fit and Ownership
Measure the Rider and Your Space
TrailMaster lists an adjustable 28–32-inch distance from the pedal to the seat back. This is a kart measurement, not the rider’s inseam. Check full brake-pedal travel, steering reach and harness fit with the driver seated securely against the seat. For reference. this kart is slightly larger than the Mini XRX, which has a 26"-30" pedal to seat back.
The kart measures 63 × 36 × 50 inches (length × width × height). Check your storage and transport space. The 180 lb maximum load is the total for riders and anything carried on the kart.

Questions Before You Buy
How do I know whether my child will fit?
Use the listed seat-adjustment range as a starting point, then check comfortable seating, full brake reach and secure harness positioning. Age and height alone are not enough. Send us the rider’s height, inseam and experience if you need help comparing the Cheetah 6 with our Mini models or Mid-size models.
Does it have a remote shut-off and speed control?
Yes. Listed controls include remote start/kill, a tether shut-off and a speed governor. Follow the owner’s manual for their setup and use. Remote engine shut-off is not remote braking and does not replace adult supervision.
What maintenance should I expect?
Plan for fuel and storage care, oil changes, air-filter service and drive-system maintenance according to the owner’s manual. Inspect brakes, steering, tires, restraints and fasteners before riding. Regular maintenance belongs in your ownership routine.
Will it arrive ready to ride?
Allow time for final assembly, engine preparation and a pre-ride inspection after delivery. Follow the supplied assembly and owner’s instructions before the first ride. Build that preparation time into your Christmas plans.
