It can be difficult to determine which website is the best. We took the time to evaluate some of our competitors to determine exactly why we think we are a better choice. Of course we are biased because we want you to choose us, but we'll try to let the facts speak for themselves. GoKartMasters.com is simply the best place to buy a Trailmaster go kart!

Sales and Pricing
We looked at 3 competitors and compared them with GoKartMasters. Let's talk about sales available and pricing on each website. We won't be mention specific names or website for our own protection, but you can quickly and easily verify all of these details with a google search. Most of our competitors websites have deceptive pricing on their go kart listing. The actual price is really and correct, but what we find deceptive is the false markdowns. Some websites say things like this:

Final price after discounts: $1800!
This offers you a false sense of a great deal, when in reality, that final price is the same for all online dealers. In fact, most of our competitors have had the same pricing for at least the prior 6 months, and simply add in fake, inflated MSRP prices according to the season. The fact is, everyone has a regulated lowest price we can offer. Where you'll get the deal is in free offers and discount codes.
Most of our competitors offer a standard discount of $25, year round. They simply alter their marketing every 6-8 weeks with new graphics and a new campaign name. They'll have back to school, Thanksgiving, first day of spring, 4th of July, etc on their sales flyers. But the deal is always $25.
Go Kart Masters ONLY lists the actual price of the unit on each listing. No falsely inflated regular prices, no fake sales, nothing. We simply tell you the price. We also always offer $50 any go kart purchase- we simply ask that you call or email us for the discount. We also have a veterans and first responders discount available.
Assembly Options
Most of our competitors offer an assembled version of all go karts. They'll claim that the kart is 95% assembled. You will not find this offer on GoKartMasters.com. We have 3 main reasons for this:
1. All karts come in a crate about 85% assembled anyway. The major difference in the "assembled" version is that the tires are already installed. You'll still have to complete some assembly. Check our assembly video to see the steps required- and how simple it is to install the tires.
2. We don't know who assembles the karts- and we offer expert guidance for our customers to do it correctly! Every single go kart we sell comes with a 20 page full color photo assembly guide, both in PDF form and a printed copy. You can also follow our YouTube tutorial. We have greater confidence in our customers following our guidance than we do in whomever may happen to assemble the go kart.
3. The assembly fee also covers additional shipping because the kart will be oversized once the tires are installed. To keep in line with our NEVER ANY fees promise, we don't want to charge the assembly fee or the additional shipping.
Shipping
All of our competitors off free shipping on most go karts, but some states or regions incur an additional charge. All websites other than ours will list the following options and charges:

Liftgate service to residential address: $39
We do not charge for an of those options. We do not offer expedited processing- you can see the timeline of ordering a go kart in the chart below and we stick to that timeline on every single sale. Every go kart will ship free, including the lift gate service to residential addresses. The only exception is for 4 seater karts due to their size(they cannot be safely delivered on a lift gate), and for inaccessible locations, for example if you live on a dirt road that is washed out or a congested metropolitan area where a semi cannot fit.
Taxes and Titles
Sales tax will be added to your shopping cart if your address is in South Dakota. Most of our competitors have the same policy, except the state differs. Many dealers are in Texas, and therefore charge Texas sales tax when shipping to Texas addresses.
Some other dealers charge a $39 fee to notarize and sign your certificate of origin. This certificate takes the place of a title if you need to register at the DMV. Go Kart Masters will not charge for this because the certificate will come with your kart anyway and most states don't need it notarized. They will accept the title with your signature on it. It is very rare that a customer is even required to register their go kart anyway!
Warranty
Finally, let's talk about what makes the biggest difference between GoKartMasters.com and our competitors online. We offer the only FREE 12 month warranty that covers bumper to bumper manufacturer defects. Competitors wills sometimes offer a free 6 month warranty, or charge $200 or more for a 12 month warranty. And even then, they rarely actually cover defects. Our warranty process is simple and straightforward. For any issue that can be visually confirmed, we ask for a photo to be submitted. Once we confirm the defect, we ship you a replacement part. In the event that the issue is invisible (electrical, or internal engine) you will ship the part to us for evaluation. If the part is covered, we will send you the part replacement and reimburse shipping. We also offer the option to have a certified all engine shop diagnose and verify the defect.

bent jackshaft
This customers jackshaft was bent. He submitted a photo as soon as the kart arrived, but we couldn't see this angle clearly. We advised adjusting his chain and aligning the sprockets. The customer used the kart for a couple months but continued to have the issue. He sent this updated photo and a video that clearly showed the defect in the jackshaft. We replaced the following part for free:
-engine mount plate
-jackshaft and hardware
-jackshaft sprockets
-both chains
-all bearing and bushings affected
Ripped Seats on a new kart
This customer's go kart arrived with several rips in the seat as shown in this photo. We shipped him 2 new seat backs, which slide easily onto the frame. He was also able to keep the damaged seats for a backup!
How can Go Kart Masters offer so much for free?
At the end of the day, our business and all of our competitors have to make money. the more FREE things we offer, the less money we can make. For our competitors, that means offering less stuff for free. For Go Kart Masters, that means earning lifelong business! What does that mean, exactly? Instead of making all of our money up front of the sale of the go kart, we know that if we treat our customers right, they will come back for parts, service kits and maybe even more go karts later on. We trust that we will make our money slowly over the years through each customer's additional purchase. We offers all parts for the karts that we sell and we price everything fairly. Our competitors cannot do the same. Most of them have a sparse or nonexistent parts offering. And to be honest, their customer service doesn't always seen itself to repeat customers.
It's as simple as that- we put our very best foot forward to take care of our customers and then trust that the profits will come in from future purchases.
