Vehicle Units will be shipped via truck line to the address you provide. The unit may not leave our warehouse for up to a week after your order. Due to the high purchase price, it takes 1-3 business days for your bank to release the funds to us. Once we have the funds confirmed, we place an order for the freight. There is not always a truck available immediately, so it can take 1-3 business days for your kart to leave the warehouse. In some case, your kart may be in transit up to 7 days, depending on your location. We ship to all 48 continental states, so it can be difficult to give precise shipping times for every possible location.Once the go kart arrives at your location freight hub or service center, it will be moved to a local delivery truck and that specific service center will call you to schedule an appointment. They will verify your address and accessibility at this time.


In the event that the truck line does not deliver to the address provided, it will be necessary for you to pick the unit up at the truck line’s nearest terminal.   The truck driver may call you to set-up a delivery appointment.  It will be your responsibility to get the product off of the delivery truck and onto your mode of transportation.  It is best to bring someone with you to help and not to expect any help from the truck driver. 


If your address is un-deliverable, it can take up to 14 additional business days to arrange a pickup of your kart due to logistics.


Inspect the shipment for damage BEFORE signing the Bill of Lading.  DO NOT TAKE THE DRIVER’S ADVICE.  If you see or suspect damage, NOTE IT ON THE BILL OF LADING BEFORE SIGNING.  Do not let the driver tell you that you need to handle any damage directly with  NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH YOUR SHIPMENT.   

In the event that you refuse your shipment of parts or units, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges, including charges to return the refused product, accessories or parts to the warehouse.  No products, accessories or parts may be returned to without prior authorization.  Returned items that are used, damaged, altered or SPECIAL ORDERS will not be accepted by and no refund will be given.  An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) must be provided by for all returns.  NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA.  Merchandise shipped to without an RMA will be refused.  You will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the item to you.  No credit / refund will be issues by


Most parts shipments will be shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or similar carriers. is not responsible for damage to part shipments.  Please contact the carrier immediately if your parts are damaged.  It will be your responsibility to file the shipping claim with the carrier for parts damage or missing parts.  DO NOT refuse parts shipments or return any parts shipments to without first obtaining an RMA from our shipping department.  Please see REFUSED SHIPMENTS for additional details.


All large products will be shipped via a freight line of shipper’s choice.   These items may be delivered to a business, home or nearest freight line terminal.  If shipped to a residential address, the use of a “lift gate” may be necessary.  Payment for the use of the lift gate will be your responsibility.  FREE FREIGHT includes shipments shipped to an address without freight line surcharges, such as residential delivery, appointments and lift gate use. will not be responsible for these charges.  The freight company may bill you directly for these charges. 

Once you have signed the Bill of Lading or other paperwork stating you have received the shipment, responsibility for the product shifts to you.  DO NOT SIGN THE BILL OF LADING UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED THE PRODUCT.  You MUST make a note of any damages on the Bill of Lading prior to signing.  DO NOT TAKE THE ADVICE OF THE DRIVER PERTAINING TO UNLOADING PRODUCT, SIGNING THE BILL OF LADING OR NOTING DAMAGES ON THE BILL OF LADING.  Contact us immediately, prior to signing Bill of Lading, if you have questions about damaged freight (


We process parts orders in the same order that they are placed. Our typical turn around time is 3-5 business days after your order is placed, confirmed and payment has been received.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2pm, on Saturday or Sunday, on public holidays, during inclement weather or certain other days to be detailed on, will not be processed until the next business day.  During busy seasons or vacation times, orders may take up to 7 days to process. Some order may be placed on backorder if a part has sold out. This means that the part is in transit to our warehouse and will ship as soon as the shipment arrives to us. 


Our office hours are Tuesday-Friday 9:30-6:00 and Saturday 9:30-3:00. The office is closed Sunday and Monday. This allows us to take phone calls on Saturday, when many customers are available and off work. If you need to get in touch with us on a Sunday or Monday, please send and email and we will contact you as soon as we are able.

If your billing address and shipping address differ, you may be required to verify some information to finalize your order. This could add additional days to processing time. reserves the right to refuse to ship any order that we are unable to verify the shipping, payment or other information.

Items over 70 pounds per box, will be shipped by a professional trucking company. Orders less than 70 lbs will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or USPS. You may be emailed a tracking number after your order has been shipped. will try our best to ship your order to your door. However, for some oversized items, such as go-karts and UTVs, trucking companies' life gates may not be large enough to unload these vehicles. You are responsible to have several people to unload the vehicle and get it into your garage or to provide us with an authorized business address with a loading dock or to pick up the unit at the trucking company’s local terminal. CANNOT GUARANTEE EXACT DELIVERY DATE of an order. Small items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and should arrive within 3-7 business days. Some orders may take longer. Delivery time for some items may be longer. The total time to receive your order can be approximately 1-3 weeks or longer during busy times of the year. Order early if you have a specific date requirement.

The freight company may call you to schedule a delivery or pickup.  Some large items cannot be delivered to your home and may require that you pick up the item from the nearest freight terminal. If this is the case, some freight companies may place the item on your truck or trailer for you. In some instances, there may be an extra charge for home delivery or lift gate service. The freight company will notify you if this applies to your order.

  • We are not responsible for any extra cost incurred by the customer after the part has been shipped.

  • We are not responsible for any cancellation of order shipping costs. All costs that may arise due to order cancellation must be paid in full, and are not refundable.

  • Most of the time we are able to offer free standard shipping on vehicles to the 48 continental states. However, due to excessive delivery rates to certain areas, a freight charge may be required.

Please be advised that due to liability issues, the delivery driver will not be able to assist you in any way with the removal of your vehicle from the truck trailer. Additionally, the delivery driver will not be able to help remove the crate from your go-kart or dispose of any of the packaging.


Please provide the most accurate and updated shipping information including your phone number when placing your order. If the item is returned because it was not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for both the shipping and return charges.

A valid contact phone number must be provided when placing the order. It may cause delay or even return of product if invalid phone number is provided. Customer will be responsible for all additional cost.


 Your items may be shipped separately from different warehouses and arrive at different times.

Please note that any shipping time stated on or given by customer service representatives are ESTIMATES only. We will make every effort to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for shipping delays. Delays can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.

Items eligible for free shipping may still incur a fuel surcharge fee. See below.

Due to increased fuel costs, freight companies regularly charge a fuel surcharge in addition to the normal delivery fee. Because fuel prices can fluctuate, this surcharge and the delivery destinations it applies to may change without notice.


Inspect the shipment before signing the Bill of Lading (BOL).  The carton may be damaged, but the unit is usually not damaged.  Make sure unit is not crushed, warped, bent, or otherwise damaged.  Expect cosmetic scratches, paint abrasions, etc…  DO NOT REFUSE THE SHIPMENT FOR MINOR DAMAGES!  Cosmetic damages cannot be prevented. 

Once you sign the Bill of Lading, YOU are responsible for the product, even if it is damaged.  BEFORE signing for the shipment, note any damages to the box, crate, carton, etc… and/or any major damages on the BOL.  TAKE A PICTURE OF THE DAMAGES, BOX, CRATE or CARTON.  You will need the pictures for your freight claim.

BEFORE SIGNING for your shipment, make a note of any damages or missing items on the Bill of Lading (BOL) that the driver provides.  Failure to do this will result in the freight company refusing to pay for any shipping, damages or missing items.  DO NOT LET THE DRIVER TELL YOU NOT TO MAKE A NOTE OF ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS.  Report any damage or missing items to immediately.  You must make this report to within 24 hours of receipt of shipment in order to have file the claim with the shipper.   If your report is made within the required timeframe, will file the freight claim for you and ship out repair parts free of charge.  If report is not made in this timeframe, you will be responsible for filing the freight claim and paying for repair parts and shipping. 

IF YOUR PRODUCT HAS STRUCTURAL DAMAGES THAT ARE BEYOND REPAIR, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT.  NOTIFY GOKARTMASTERS.COM IMMEDIATELY so that we can prepare to ship a replacement unit and file the necessary paperwork with the shipper for the replacement.  Otherwise, DO NOT refuse the freight shipment.  If your product has minor damages, paint imperfections, scuffed paint, cracked or scratched body panels, etc… but will still operate for intended use, please do not refuse it.  Take pictures of the damage, note the BOL and contact immediately. will send replacement parts free of charge if this policy is adhered to.


If you find concealed damage upon opening your product and believe the damage is beyond repair or the product will not operate properly, please contact us immediately at  Provide pictures of the damage and an explanation of what you found.   We will help you file a concealed damage claim with the freight company.  If claim is made within 24 hours of receipt of unit, will ship out repair parts at no charge.   DO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM GOKARTMASTERS.COM.  

IF YOU REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT, miss your delivery appointment or return a product without prior authorization, we reserve the right to refuse the shipment and all shipping costs will be your responsibility, including the charges to return the item to or the warehouse.  If you return a product that is not defective, is damaged or has been incorrectly assembled, serviced or maintained, will not be responsible for freight charges.  You will be charged the original freight, return freight and at least a 25% restocking fee.   You will additionally be charged for any damages, cost to repair damages, cost to property service the product and other fees necessary to maintain or fix the product.  All fees will be deducted from your refund after the item is received and inspected by our warehouse.  Refunds can take up to 3 weeks to process, from the date product is received at our warehouse.
