Product Description
Premium-equipped full-size go-kart with ROJO EFI
The Most Complete Version of the TrailMaster 200E Platform
The TrailMaster 200E XRX combines the proven frame, drivetrain and ROJO electronic fuel injection of the 200E XRS with a more finished cockpit, premium aluminum wheels and an expanded lighting package.
This is the 200E for families who want the deluxe equipment already installed: a sport steering wheel, full dashboard with speedometer, aluminum wheels, upper light bar, turn signals and side mirrors.
Scott's Expert Opinion
A Deluxe Package, Not a Different Machine
“The 200E XRX drives on the same basic platform as the 200E XRS. What you are paying for is the more complete equipment package: the aluminum wheels, speedometer and dash, upper light bar, turn signals, mirrors and sport steering wheel.
As a master mechanic, I would personally still choose a carbureted 200 XRS because I like being able to tune, diagnose and modify my own equipment. If I did not have those skills and wanted EFI, I would choose between the 200E XRS and 200E XRX based on whether these deluxe features were worth the difference to me. If I wanted the fully equipped version, this is the one I would buy.
Why this model exists
EFI Convenience With the Complete XRX Equipment Package
The 200E XRX is not intended to outperform the 200E XRS. It exists for customers who want the same EFI-powered riding platform with the premium features installed at the factory.
The 200E XRX Is Best For
- Owners who want EFI rather than a carburetor.
- Buyers who prefer the most completely equipped 200E model.
- Drivers who want a dashboard and speedometer.
- Families who value the upper light bar, turn signals and mirrors.
- Anyone who prefers aluminum wheels and a sport-style cockpit.
- Buyers who do not want to add these features individually later.
Choose Another Model If
- You want a carbureted engine; choose the 200 XRS.
- You want EFI but do not need the deluxe equipment; consider the 200E XRS.
- You expect the XRX package to provide more engine power than the XRS.
- You prefer the lowest purchase price over premium appearance and accessories.
- You want a street-legal vehicle. This go-kart is designed for off-road use.

What the XRX package adds
Premium Features You Can See and Use
Full Dashboard and Speedometer
The XRX cockpit gives the driver a more finished, automotive-style view and makes it easier to monitor speed while riding.
Sport Steering Wheel
Both the XRS and XRX have an adjustable steering column. The XRX upgrades the steering wheel itself to a sport-style design.
Aluminum Wheels
Aluminum wheels give the XRX its premium appearance and visually separate it from the standard XRS equipment package.
Upper Light Bar
The additional elevated lighting improves visibility for appropriate low-light riding on private property.
Turn Signals
Factory-installed signals allow drivers to communicate their intentions to other riders on trails and private riding areas.
Side Mirrors
Side mirrors add rearward visibility and complete the more automotive-style XRX cockpit.
ROJO electronic fuel injection
Automatic Fuel Management Without a Carburetor
The 200E XRX uses the same ROJO EFI system as the 200E XRS. Instead of a carburetor, it uses an electronic control unit, throttle body, fuel injector, oxygen sensor and supporting sensors to manage fuel delivery.
Self-Learning Operation
The system reads operating conditions and adjusts fuel delivery to the individual engine and riding environment. This reduces the seasonal and elevation-related tuning associated with a carburetor.
Bluetooth Diagnostics
A compatible Bluetooth device can be used to read system information and access tuning functions. The current Bluetooth system is compatible with Android devices only; Apple iPhone and iPad are not supported.
Different Maintenance—not No Maintenance
EFI eliminates carburetor cleaning and jet changes, but proper fuel storage, battery maintenance and clean electrical connections still matter.
Parts Support
GoKartMasters stocks replacement EFI components and model-specific parts for the 200E XRX, including its electrical, lighting, steering and wheel components.
Ride experience
How the 200E XRX Feels to Drive
Mechanically, the 200E XRX delivers the same full-size ride as the 200E XRS. The automatic CVT lets the driver concentrate on steering and braking, while reverse makes it easier to maneuver around trails, trees, buildings and parking areas.
The XRX difference is most noticeable from the driver's seat. The dashboard, speedometer, sport steering wheel and mirrors make the cockpit feel more complete, while the upper light bar and signals add useful visibility and communication features.
Rider Fit
Choose by fit rather than age alone. The driver should sit securely, comfortably reach the steering wheel, fully depress the brake and accelerator, and operate every control without stretching or shifting out of position. The adjustable driver's seat and adjustable steering column help accommodate a range of riders.
GoKartMasters Field Notes
What Long-Term Owners Should Know
The Upgrade Is Equipment, Not Performance
The XRX package changes the cockpit, lighting, wheels and appearance. Buyers should not expect it to accelerate faster or ride differently simply because it is the deluxe model.
Battery Health Matters
EFI, electric start, the dashboard and the expanded lighting package all depend on a healthy electrical system. A battery maintainer is especially valuable during periods of storage.
Storage Still Requires Good Fuel Practices
EFI avoids a gummed carburetor, but it cannot make old fuel fresh. Use good-quality fuel and prepare the kart properly before long-term storage.
Inspect the Extra Equipment
During routine maintenance, check mirror fasteners, light connections, signal operation, wheel hardware and speedometer wiring along with the normal belt, chain, brake and suspension checks.
Dealer's long-term ownership thoughts
What Ownership May Look Like Five Years From Now
Most of the 200E XRX remains part of the broader TrailMaster 200 platform, so many chassis, suspension and drivetrain service items are familiar and well supported. The model-specific parts are concentrated in the ROJO EFI system and the deluxe XRX equipment.
Maintenance costs can be slightly higher than on a carbureted 200 XRS because electronic fuel-system components generally cost more than common carburetor parts. In return, the owner gets automatic fuel management and avoids much of the routine carburetor tuning and cleaning that can be challenging for someone without mechanical experience.
GoKartMasters stocks the EFI components for this kart and maintains a dedicated 200E XRX parts catalog, helping owners identify the correct model-specific components when service is eventually needed.
Delivery and assembly
What to Expect When Your Go-Kart Arrives
The 200E XRX ships by freight in a protective factory crate and requires final assembly, inspection and setup before operation. Freight deliveries are different from ordinary parcel deliveries, so inspect the shipment carefully and follow the delivery instructions provided with your order.
Assembly includes more than attaching visible parts. Fluids, battery preparation, fastener torque, brake operation, throttle return, steering, chain alignment, tire pressure, electrical connections and the EFI system should all be checked before the first ride.

Would Scott buy this model?
Yes-If He Wanted EFI and the Deluxe Equipment
Scott's personal first choice remains the carbureted 200 XRS because his mechanical skills make its simplicity, serviceability and modification potential valuable to him.
If he did not have those skills and wanted the ease of EFI, he would choose the 200E platform. Between the 200E XRS and 200E XRX, he would buy the XRX when the speedometer, sport cockpit, aluminum wheels, additional lighting, signals and mirrors were worth the premium. Otherwise, he would choose the 200E XRS and get the same essential riding platform for less.

What Replaces the Carburetor?
The ROJO system manages fuel electronically. Its major components work together to measure engine conditions and control fuel delivery.
Electronic Control Unit
The ECU is the computer that receives sensor information and determines fuel delivery.
Throttle Body and Injector
The throttle body measures driver input while the injector delivers pressurized fuel into the engine.
Oxygen Sensor
The oxygen sensor in the exhaust provides feedback that helps the ECU correct the fuel mixture.
Supporting Sensors
Engine-position, throttle-position and temperature information help the system manage starting and operation.
Fuel Pump
An electric pump supplies the fuel pressure required by the injector.
Bluetooth Connection
A compatible transceiver provides access to system information and tuning functions through an Android device.
Self-learning fuel management
How the EFI Adjusts to the Kart
The ROJO program receives information from its sensors and adjusts fuel delivery for the individual engine and current operating conditions. This reduces the need for the manual jet changes and seasonal adjustments associated with a carburetor.
The Bluetooth feature does not replace proper mechanical inspection. Fuel, battery, wiring, spark, compression and other basic systems must still be checked during diagnosis.
Freight delivery
Inspect the Shipment Before Accepting Delivery
The 200E XRX ships by freight in a protective factory crate. Freight delivery is different from ordinary parcel delivery, and the receiver is responsible for inspecting the shipment.
- Be available at the scheduled delivery time.
- Inspect the crate, packaging and visible kart components before the driver leaves.
- Photograph the shipment from several angles, including any damaged areas.
- Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Keep the crate and packaging until assembly and inspection are complete.
- Contact GoKartMasters promptly if damage or missing components are discovered.
Final assembly
Setup Is More Than Attaching the Wheels
The kart arrives partially assembled and requires final assembly, inspection and preparation by a mechanically qualified adult. Always follow the instructions supplied for the current production unit.

Storage
EFI Reduces Carburetor Problems—Not All Storage Problems
The 200E XRX has no carburetor bowl or jets to gum up, but fuel can still deteriorate and batteries can still discharge. Before extended storage, follow the current fuel recommendations, clean the kart, protect it from moisture and connect the battery to an appropriate maintainer.
When returning the kart to service, inspect the fuel system, battery, wiring, brakes, tires, chain, belt, throttle and all safety equipment before riding.
Troubleshooting
Start With the Basics
EFI problems should not automatically be blamed on the ECU or injector. Many no-start and poor-running conditions still begin with ordinary mechanical or electrical issues.
Check First
- Battery voltage and terminal condition
- Fresh fuel and adequate fuel level
- Kill-switch and ignition-switch position
- Fuses and visible wiring connections
- Spark-plug condition
- Air-filter condition
- Loose grounds or unplugged connectors
When Diagnosis Goes Further
Sensor data, fuel pressure, injector operation, wiring continuity and fault information may require model-specific procedures or electronic diagnostic equipment. Contact GoKartMasters technical support before replacing expensive EFI components based only on a guess.
Parts support
Use the Correct 200E XRX Parts Catalog
Many frame and drivetrain components are shared with the broader 200 platform, but the 200E XRX also has model-specific EFI wiring, dashboard, lighting and electrical components. Use the full model name and compare the original part before ordering.
Warranty and support
Keep Records From the First Day
Save delivery photographs, assembly records, maintenance notes and part information. These records make technical support and warranty evaluation easier if a problem develops.
Warranty coverage applies to qualifying manufacturing defects and does not replace routine maintenance, proper assembly or responsible operation. Labor, wear items, misuse, neglect and unauthorized modifications may be handled differently under the applicable warranty terms. Review the warranty information supplied with the purchase for complete current coverage.
