Product Description
It's here! The new Blazer 200X is the most modern, full featured 150cc buggy in the industry. Updated from the previous 150X, its long, durable A-arm front suspension gives the extra long travel needed for the rough stuff. The Blazer 150X comes standard with nitrogen filled performance shocks front and rear. You will appreciate the full, quick removable windshield for those cold winter days or just to help the keep the mud and dust out of your face. The all aluminum (not plastic), super bright LED light bar and LED headlights will light up the night. Comes standard with the newest graphics package and tuff fenders.
Precision Handling & Ruggedness
The Blazer 200X is fitted with extra long, front A-arms and nitrogen filled shocks with reservoir on all four corners for a smooth and performance inspired ride. With an overall ground clearance of almost a foot (min. 6.7" at rear sprocket guard) and large 22" 6 ply aggressive ATV tires. The TrailMaster Blazer 200X can get over logs, rocks and traverse shallow creek crossings. The Blazer 200X steering geometry is similar to a truck with tall spindles and automotive style ball joints for long-term durability. The front axle is wider than the rear for stability and anti-plow effect (when the superior traction of a locked or live rear axle tends to push the vehicle straight ahead even though the front wheels are turned). The TrailMaster's short wheelbase allows for tight turns to maneuver around trees and obstacles to get you down the trail quickly and safely. This buggy uses all wheel drive hydraulic disc brakes with twin piston master cylinder for excellent stopping power. All wheel bearings are double sealed (like an expensive ATV) in order to keep dirt and water out.
Proven Engine Design
The engine on the Blazer 200 uses a Japanese carburetor of top quality and a stainless steel muffler with a spring mounted manifold pipe similar to those found on racing dirt bikes. The sprocket and chain are a heavy-duty #530 and very easy to adjust. The engine air intake on the Blazer 200 is located behind the driver seat headrest, which enables much cleaner air pick up.
Ergonomics & Safety
The Blazer 200X has extra long travel, upgraded nitrogen shocks and disc brakes on the front and rear. The seats are full bolstered and tall back with racing style 5-point safety harness. Built around a stout 150cc, air-cooled, engine the chassis offers smooth full suspension with long travel and hydraulic disc brakes. Reverse? It's standard equipment too. The TrailMaster Blazer 200X is roomy with a dash forward, open cockpit design. There's a lot of leg room for the big guys. The tilt steering wheel can be adjusted so that the youth rider can see over it. The driver's seat is also adjustable to accommodate a wide range of drivers. The seats in the TrailMaster 150cc are wide with side bolsters. These features along with tall side rails and high top bars make for a comfortable and safe go-kart.
Comfort & Styling
The lightweight, 10" black and polished aluminum wheels add top notch styling to the TrailMaster Blazer 200X go kart. The Blazer X also sports an LED speedometer and odometer. Outside and rearview mirrors will help you see who you've left in the dust. Performance aluminum steering wheel, turn signals and brake light are all standard equipment. Get ready to hit the trails in style in the all new Blazer 200X buggy.
