GoKartMasters is a 4th-generation family business specializing in TrailMaster go-karts.
Founded in Georgia in 2012 (with roots back to 1970), our family has nearly 20 years of experience with TrailMaster. Today, Scott and Kim Pannell, along with their 5 kids, continue the tradition of honesty, integrity, and faith — helping families nationwide get back to fun.

About GoKartMasters – A Family Business Built on Fun, Faith, and Generations of Experience
At GoKartMasters, we believe families deserve to get back to fun. In today’s fast-paced, screen-saturated world, nothing compares to the thrill of a go-kart ride, the laughter of kids outdoors, and the memories made together. That’s why our family has spent four generations devoted to helping families across America experience the joy of go-karts.
A Legacy That Began in 1970
Our story starts in 1970, when David Loveless founded Fun Wheels in Georgia. Back then, the family business sold Snapper mowers before expanding into go-karts and mini bikes. In fact, Loveless Enterprises even designed and manufactured the Buffalo Transport mini bikes, a national favorite.
In the late 1990s, David’s son Ron and his wife Patti took over the business. They continued the tradition of small-engine expertise while adding new product lines.
In 2012, the family relocated the business, operating under the name Red Top Mower. That same year, Ron also launched one of the earliest e-commerce stores for small engine and go-kart parts, RonnyJacks.com.
As the business grew, the focus shifted more and more toward go-karts, and GoKartMasters was officially born.
Growing With TrailMaster
We are proud to be among the very first U.S. dealers for TrailMaster go-karts. Over several eyars of selling other Chinese powersports brands liek Eton, Tao tao, Hammerhead, Kinroad, and more, Ron developed workign relationships with teh salesamen and leadership within the Chinese companeis and distributors.
Ron worked directly with the Trailmaster's founder decades ago, and today our family carries nearly 20 years of experience with TrailMaster products. Because we’ve owned, serviced, and driven TrailMaster go-karts ourselves, we know them inside and out — and we only sell the models we trust our own kids to ride.
From Showrooms to Driveways
For years, Christmas Eve was one of our busiest and most joyful times. Families would put karts on layaway, and our team would deliver them right to driveways on Christmas Eve. We’ll never forget the excitement of kids running out to see their brand-new kart — and we love knowing those memories are still being made today.
Our own family has countless memories of weekend trips to off road parks and national forets, where riding go-karts and ATVs brought us closer together. Now that we have children of our own, we see that same joy in their eyes — and it reminds us exactly why we do what we do.

Where We Are Today
GoKartMasters was founded in Georgia, relocated to South Dakota in 2022 when Scott and Kim Pannell took the reins, and moved back to Georgia temporarily in 2025 while the family raises support for their church-planting ministry. In 2026, GoKartMasters will return with us to South Dakota as we contineu to plant churches across the upper midwest.
Even with these moves, our commitment has never changed: serving families across the lower 48 states with go-kart sales, and shipping OEM parts worldwide — including to Canada and Australia.
