The Assembly Guide
Our assembly guides are step by step photo tutorials that guide you through the process to assemble your go kart. It includes decades of experience through our detailed instructions, tips, and tricks. Inside the assembly guide, you will find a checklist for all of the hardware, a link to our YouTube Video Tutorial, full color photos, and detailed instructions.
In the back of each assembly guide, you will also find FAQs, service bulletins, and maintenance guides. We developed this section of the assembly guide after years of research and sellign thousands of go karts. We include answers to the most common questions and concerns, and make sure you know how to perform proper maintenance.

What's the coloring book?
We have our own children, and we've introduced them all to go karts at a young age. To help other parents and children learn some of the basic safety guidelines, we created this fun coloring book. It includes coloring pages that show go karts in action, different parts of the go kart to identify, and a step by step intro to safely riding the go kart. It will teach your child to wear their helmet, buckle up, and always look around before riding. If you need more than one copy, leave us a note with your order. Or purchase more copies here. Why you'll need a low pressure tire gauge
Go kart tires need to be inflated to 8-10 psi. Even if you have a tire pressure gauge lying around for your vehicles, regular gauges don't read low enough numbers accurately. Our gauges only read up to 20 psi, which leaves more space on the gauge to accuratley read the difference with a 1 psi tolerance. We realize most peopel wont have this gauge, and we don't want you to have to run out to buy more tools before you can enjoy your go kart!
We send 2 keychains with every go kart
Your new go kart will come with 2 keys. We send two keychains so you can separate the keys and keep one safely tucked away somewhere. Our keychains are designed to be purposefully oversized and brightly colored. That way they're hard to lose, and easy to see.
We sell hundreds of new key switches every year, because Trailmaster doens't sell replacement keys. If you lose the keys, you willneed to replace the whole switch in order to get a new set of keys. Just take a look at the price of new key switch. Trust us, and go ahead and attach your keys to the keychains.
