1. Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by:

RPW Karts, LLC

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Facebook, or Meta.
2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States.

Entrants must own a TrailMaster go-kart.
-
Entrants must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or legal guardian submit on their behalf.
-
Employees of GoKartMasters and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
Owning a TrailMaster go-kart purchased from GoKartMasters or elsewhere is permitted. Entrants who purchased elsewhere may participate by explaining why they wish they had purchased from GoKartMasters.
3. Contest Timeline

Submissions Open: February 1, 2026

Submissions Close: February 21, 2026

Public Voting: March 1–March 10, 2026

4. How to Enter
To enter:

Complete the official contest submission form.

Upload an original video according to the contest guidelines.

Agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Limit one (1) entry per household.
5. Video Content Requirements
Submitted videos must:
-
Be original content created by the entrant.
-
Feature a TrailMaster go-kart.
-
Be appropriate for a family-friendly audience.
Videos may NOT include:
-
Alcohol or tobacco products
-
Offensive language or imagery
-
Unsafe or reckless riding behavior
-
Competitor brand names (participants may refer to “the other guys” only)
-
Copyrighted music unless the entrant owns rights or the music is royalty-free
Videos containing copyrighted music may be muted or disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
6. Rights & Permissions
By submitting an entry, the entrant grants GoKartMasters a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, publish, and distribute the video, in whole or in part, for marketing, advertising, promotional, and educational purposes across all media platforms, with or without attribution.
Entrants affirm they have the right to grant these permissions.
7. Prizes

Judges’ Choice Winner: $300 VISA gift card

People’s Choice Winner: $200 GoKartMasters parts credit

All valid entries: One free GoKartMasters gift (no cash value)
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash.
8. Judging & Voting
Judges’ Choice
-
Selected by a panel of four (4) judges.
-
Scored on a 100-point scale (25 points per judge).
-
Highest total score wins.
People’s Choice
-
Determined by public engagement on GoKartMasters’ official social media platforms.
-
YouTube: Likes on individual contest videos count as votes.
-
Facebook: Reactions on individual Reels count as votes.
-
Comments and shares do not count as votes.
GoKartMasters reserves the right to remove fraudulent or suspicious engagement and to make final determinations in the event of ties or irregular activity.
9. Disqualification
Entries may be disqualified if they:

Violate these Terms & Conditions

Include prohibited content
-
Attempt to manipulate voting or engagement

Are incomplete or illegible
10. Liability Release
By entering, participants release and hold harmless GoKartMasters, RPW Karts, LLC, and all related parties from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance or use of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to GoKartMasters’ Privacy Policy and will be used solely for contest administration and related communications.
12. General Conditions
GoKartMasters reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
All decisions by GoKartMasters are final.
13. Governing Law
This contest is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
