Product Description
TrailMaster 300 XRS EFI – Full-Size Performance for Skilled Riders
The 300 XRS EFI takes full-size go-kart capability to the next level with a fuel-injected 300cc engine, fully independent suspension, and adult-sized chassis. This machine delivers serious performance—but be aware: it requires more technical experience than our simpler models and has slightly reduced cockpit space due to radiator lines routed under the seats.
- 300cc EFI liquid-cooled engine (~17–18 hp) for high performance
- Automatic CVT transmission with reverse – adult-sized frame built for serious trail use
- Independent front dual A-arm suspension and heavy-duty rear swing arm for control and comfort
- Large 20×7-8 front / 22×10-10 rear tires (varies by model) for serious off-road traction
- Designed for experienced riders—less cockpit space due to radiator plumbing under the seats, so taller riders should test fit
The TrailMaster 300 XRS EFI is built for riders who want full-sized go-kart performance and are comfortable with more mechanical demands. With an EFI system, you gain better altitude performance, smoother starts, fewer carburetor‐related hassles, and high-end cooling for extended trail use.
Because of the radiator lines routing under the seating area, the cockpit is slightly tighter than some simpler models—so this kart works best if you’re comfortable fitting in a tighter space and appreciate the step up in capability.
- EFI 300cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine (~17.4–18hp)
- Automatic CVT with reverse – no clutch required
- Independent front dual A-arm suspension • Rear swing-arm with heavy duty shock
- Large off-road tires (front ~20×7-8 • rear ~22×10-10) for adult-sized handling
- Adult-sized cockpit built for comfort—but note: radiator plumbing under the seats reduces leg clearance slightly
- Digital speedometer/odometer, five-point harnesses, trailer hitch ready
- Built for riders comfortable with maintenance and tuning—optimized for those who understand go-kart tech

Specs vary by model year and options. Contact us to confirm your unit’s exact numbers before ordering.
This is a full-sized adult-go-kart platform. However, because the radiator plumbing runs under the seats, legroom is reduced compared to simpler models. If you’re 6’4″ or above, we highly recommend checking fit in person or comparing dimensions.

Is this model good for beginners?
Not really. The 300 XRS EFI is best suited for riders who have some experience and are comfortable with maintenance and fit-check. It has tighter legroom and the engine demands more respect.
What difference does EFI make?
Fuel injection means better performance at altitude, smoother starts, less carb-tuning after sitting, and better day-to-day reliability.
Why is the cockpit space smaller?
Because radiator lines and cooling plumbing are routed under the seats, the leg-area is reduced compared with simpler models. We recommend a fit test for taller riders.
What oil should I use?
Use SAE 10W30 oil as our standard recommendation—helps ensure proper lubrication and performance.
Can I still get parts and upgrades?
Yes. Our TrailMaster Parts Hub stocks components and upgrade kits compatible with the 300 series platform. View parts.

Another excellent product
My Son and I have owned a 150 for two years and have purchased the 300 and LOVE it! At the end of this season, we may sell the 150 to someone and buy another 300. I like the power range of the 150 for my son to learn on, but after this year's trail riding I know he will be ready to upgrade. We have been blown away with Go-Kart Masters service and awesome range of upgrades and parts. They are awesome in their willingness to answer my maintenance questions. This is the place to get your Go-Kart. The delivery process was not only free but the driver was very helpful in positioning it to work on for final assembly. It was simple to assemble with my 13 year old son. Have Fun!
