Each kit includes the essential parts and fluids needed to perform your annual or 10-hour maintenance — recommended for reliable performance, smoother riding, and longer engine life.

    Compatible with most 196cc / 6.5hp and 7.0hp engines on mid size go karts, including all TrailMaster Mid and Blazer 200R series models.

    What’s Included:

    • 1 quart premium engine oil

    • Chain lube (for quiet, smooth chain operation)

    • Replacement drive chain

    • Replacement drive belt (upgrade to USA-made performance belt available)

    • High-quality air filter

    • Fuel filter

    • Spark plug (upgrade option: performance spark plug for stronger ignition)

    • Funnel

    • Shop rags

    • Engine Degreaser (Aerosol Can): For cleaning and restoring the engine exterior and clutch

    • 1 oz. All-Purpose Grease: Ideal for clutch maintenance, moving parts, and reducing wear

    For best performance and longevity:

    • Service once per year OR

    • Every 10 hours of riding

    Whichever occurs first.

    This includes replacing the oil, belt inspection, chain lubrication, air filter cleaning/replacement, and checking fuel system components.

    We strongly suggest all go kart riders wear a DOT approved full face helmet. Operating a go kart comes with risks and you should prepare yourself and other riders with the proper gear. For children, we recommend a helmet and a set of goggles. For adults, there are lots of options with built in face shields. See some of our suggestions below.
