If the TrailMaster part you need is not currently listed on our website, we may be able to order it from the manufacturer. Contact us first with your exact model information, photographs and any OEM part number printed on the original component.

How to Place Your Special Order

1. Email support@gokartmasters.com or call or text 605-368-1612.
2. Wait for us to confirm availability, pricing, fitment information and estimated timing.
3. Select the exact Special Order Price option we instructed you to use.
4. Enter the quoted part number or description in the required description field.
5. Use the quantity we provided with your quote.

Do not select a different price or quantity. If the submitted payment does not match the quote, we may need to contact you before processing the order.

Special-Order Terms

• Special-order parts are ordered specifically for the customer and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Availability can change before the manufacturer processes the order.
• Production changes may affect part numbers, connectors, dimensions or appearance.
• Confirm your exact TrailMaster model and quoted part number before paying.
• Shipping is charged at the flat rate assigned to the quoted price option and will be shown during checkout.
