This resource center contains ROJO electronic fuel injection manuals, diagnostic information and setup instructions for compatible TrailMaster EFI go-karts and replacement EFI components.
TrailMaster has confirmed that applicable 200E and 300E models use the same EFI system and components. Mechanical parts outside the EFI system may still vary by model.

EFI Fault Codes

Bluetooth Diagnostic App Instructions
These instructions explain how to connect the TrailMaster ROJO EFI Bluetooth diagnostic transceiver, install the app and connect it to the EFI system.
Important: The diagnostic app requires a compatible Android device. It is not compatible with iPhone or iOS devices.
EFI Self-Learning Procedure

Before Replacing an EFI Part
A diagnostic code can help identify the circuit reporting a problem, but it does not always prove that the named component has failed. Inspect wiring, electrical connectors, grounds, battery voltage and related components before ordering an electrical part.
Always compare the OEM part number and electrical connector on the original component with the replacement listing. EFI and electrical components are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
