How to Order a New Go-Kart From GoKartMasters
Choose the correct TrailMaster model, complete checkout and know exactly what happens next. This guide walks families through payment review, warehouse confirmation, freight scheduling and delivery.
Most go-karts arrive approximately 10-14 days after the initial order. That is typical timing, not a guaranteed delivery date.
Step 1
Choose the Exact Machine Before Checkout
TrailMaster models can look similar while differing in size, starting system, reverse, fuel system, controls and safety equipment. Confirm the model itself before choosing a color.
Rider fit
Consider pedal reach, steering reach, maturity and experience. Height or age alone cannot determine a safe fit.
Who will ride
Decide whether the machine needs to fit one child, multiple children, an adult passenger or two adults.
Terrain
Think about yard size, trails, farm roads, hills, rough ground and how often reverse will be useful.
Ownership
Plan for final assembly, the required five-hour service and routine maintenance around every 20 hours or annually.

Choose Colors Carefully
TrailMaster dealers draw from shared warehouse inventory, so an exact color can sell out between checkout and warehouse processing.
- Select your preferred color first.
- List a second choice only if you are genuinely willing to receive it.
- If the first choice is unavailable, the second color specifically listed on the order may ship.
- GoKartMasters will not send a different model or an unselected color without customer approval.
Step 2
Complete the Online Order
1. Open the product listing
Read the full description and current specifications. Select the exact model, color choices and available product options.
2. Enter delivery information
Use a complete residential address, working phone number and email address. Freight terminals use the phone number to schedule delivery.
3. Review every selection
Confirm the model name, first and second color choices, quantities, delivery address, phone number and email before payment.
4. Submit payment
PayPal and major credit or debit cards are accepted. Customers may also apply for PayPal Credit.
Sales tax: Sales tax is calculated at checkout wherever legally required. Many customers pay no sales tax, depending on the delivery location and applicable law.

Complete Machines Cannot Be Returned
GoKartMasters has a no-cancellation policy and does not accept complete-machine returns. If an order has not shipped, GoKartMasters may allow a cancellation with a refund minus a 3 percent processing charge. Once the machine has shipped, there is no cancellation, return or refund.
The Master Warranty addresses qualifying manufacturing defects and covered shipping damage through approved warranty procedures. It is not a return policy or a satisfaction guarantee.

What Happens After You Place the Order
Order confirmation
The website records the selections and sends the order information. Check the confirmation for errors and contact us immediately if the address, phone number, model or color choices are wrong.
Payment review
The bank may take up to approximately 48 hours to release funds. Payment verification must finish before the drop-ship order moves forward.
Warehouse confirmation
GoKartMasters submits the order and confirms current warehouse availability. If the first color has sold out, the second approved color may be used.
Freight preparation
The crated machine is assigned to a third-party freight carrier. Tracking information is shared as it becomes available.
Delivery appointment
The local freight terminal should call to arrange delivery. The customer must be available to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Why the Delivery Date Is an Estimate
Most complete machines arrive about 10-14 days after the initial order, but GoKartMasters cannot guarantee an arrival date. The process includes banking, warehouse handling, line-haul freight and a local terminal.
Weather, holidays, peak-season volume, payment review, inventory changes, terminal schedules and third-party carrier delays can all change the timeline. Do not schedule a party, trip or event around an estimated delivery date until the machine is physically delivered, assembled and inspected.
Step 4
Prepare for Freight Delivery
Qualifying complete-machine orders include residential delivery, a delivery appointment, liftgate service and a required signature. Official delivery is to the end of the customer's driveway.
Return terminal calls promptly and schedule a time when an adult can be present.
Make room near the end of the driveway for the crate and plan how it will reach the assembly area.
Photograph every side, the top, inside the crate and any rough unloading or visible concern.
Write every concern on the bill of lading and have the driver initial or sign beside the notation.
Most cardboard and crate damage is cosmetic. Normally accept the shipment while documenting concerns. Refuse a wrong model, a clearly punctured or seriously damaged engine, oil leaking everywhere or catastrophic lower-cockpit-frame damage.

After the Crate Arrives
Keep the crate and packaging until the machine is completely assembled, inspected and confirmed to have all parts. Then the cardboard can be recycled or discarded, and a local scrap-metal company may accept or collect the metal crate.

Does in stock mean my exact color is guaranteed?
No. TrailMaster dealers share warehouse inventory, and exact real-time counts are difficult to maintain. Availability is confirmed when the drop-ship order is processed.
Can I use a different billing and delivery address?
Payment processors may require additional verification when addresses differ. Make sure every address and contact detail is complete and accurate.
Can I pick up my machine?
No. GoKartMasters operates online from Lennox, South Dakota, without a public showroom, test rides or customer pickup.
Is freight included?
Complete go-karts, mini bikes and dirt bikes include shipping to qualifying residential addresses in the lower 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii customers may arrange freight forwarding.
When will I receive tracking?
Tracking and carrier information are provided as they become available after payment review, warehouse processing and freight assignment.
