Mini owners: Upper and lower chains are different. Lower-chain fitment also changes between 5.5 HP and 7 HP engines and between reverse and non-reverse models.
Common exact-model drive chains:
Before riding: With the engine off, set total chain movement near the middle of the longest free span to approximately 1/4 to 1/2 inch. Inspect sprocket alignment, damaged teeth and the master link. If fitment is uncertain, contact GoKartMasters with the exact model, engine rating, reverse information and drivetrain photos.
