TrailMaster Fender Parts

Go-Kart Fenders, Brackets, Complete Kits, Hardware and Blazer Body Panels

Shop TrailMaster fender parts for Mid, 150, 300 and Blazer go-karts. A fender that looks right can still use a different curve, bracket, bolt pattern or tire clearance. Match the exact machine, model generation, position and side before ordering.

Do Not Order a Fender by Shape, Color or Tire Size Alone

Front and rear fenders can be left-side, right-side and model-specific. The plastic, metal bracket, mounting bolts and spacers may be sold separately. Mini go karts do not have fenders, and there is not a kit to add htem. The Mid size blazer 200R fender pieces are not all interchangeable with the mid xrx/ mid xrx-r, and 300 XRS and XRX rear body parts fit different suspension layouts.

Choose the Correct Repair

Which Fender Part Is Actually Damaged?

Inspect the complete mounting system before ordering. A cracked fender does not always need new brackets, while a good plastic fender can sit crooked because its bracket is bent.

Single FenderUse when one plastic or metal fender is cracked, scraped, missing or damaged but its bracket and hardware are still straight and complete.
Front or Rear Fender KitA kit may include both sides, brackets or selected hardware. Read the listed contents instead of assuming every pictured piece is included.
Complete Fender KitThe practical choice after widespread crash damage or when several original pieces are missing. Confirm whether brackets and hardware are included.
Fender BracketChoose the exact front or rear and left or right bracket. A bent or broken bracket can place the fender against the tire even when the fender is undamaged.
Bolt and Mounting KitUse model-specific bolts, washers, spacers and mounting hardware. Generic hardware can pinch plastic or reduce tire and suspension clearance.
Blazer Bodywork and DecalsBlazer models use extra hood, bumper, fender and graphic pieces. Match the exact Blazer family, side and color before ordering.

Model Fitment Map

Match the Fender to the Complete TrailMaster

Check the model decal, serial plate behind the driver's seat, seat style, reverse equipment, tire size and existing bracket shape. When identifying a used machine, remember that decals, bodywork and wheels may have been changed.

Identification Required

Mini Plus, 200-Series and Legacy Blazers

Some current parts are not yet listed in this general category. Mini Plus body and chassis parts differ from older standard Minis, and some factory Mini manuals still show the older configuration. Send photos and the exact model before using an older diagram.

Fitment Details

Five Details That Must Match

TrailMaster has kept older machines serviceable, but production updates mean the safest match comes from the complete machine rather than appearance alone.

Exact model family
Mini, Mid, 150, 200, 300 and Blazer machines use different frames, tires and bodywork.
Generation
Standard and Plus Minis differ. Older seats, belts, decals and body pieces can also help identify a production version.
Position and side
Confirm front or rear and driver side or passenger side. Compare the old bracket before ordering.
Bracket and bolt pattern
Mounting angle, hole spacing, spacers and attachment points must place the fender safely around the tire.
Tire and suspension clearance
The tire must clear the fender while steering fully and while the suspension moves through its normal travel.

Diagnose Before Ordering

Common Fender Damage and the Correct Repair Direction

What You See What to Inspect Likely Repair Direction
Plastic cracked around a bolt Bracket alignment, missing washer or spacer, over-tightened bolt and evidence that the tire struck the fender Replace the damaged fender and correct the mounting cause before tightening the new part.
Fender leans toward the tire Bent left or right bracket, loose frame attachment, missing hardware and tire size The bracket may be the failed part even if the fender itself is usable.
Fender shakes or rattles Mount bolts, bracket weld, enlarged plastic holes, cracked mounting tab and missing washers Stop the movement before vibration breaks the bracket or enlarges the plastic mounting holes.
Tire rubs while turning Wrong bracket, bent steering or suspension parts, oversized tire, backward wheel, fender position and full steering travel Do not trim or force the fender until the model and mechanical alignment are confirmed.
One Blazer panel is damaged Exact model, side, color, decals, hidden mounting tabs and adjoining hood or bumper pieces Order the single body piece when available; choose a kit only when multiple panels or brackets are damaged.
Bracket weld is cracked Bracket, frame attachment, crash damage, tire contact and nearby mounts Replace the correct bracket and inspect the complete area before riding again.

Installation and Clearance

Align Everything Before Final Tightening

Fenders are protective body pieces, not lifting points, steps or structural handles. Install them without forcing the plastic or placing the bracket under constant tension.

Start bolts looselyInstall the bracket and fender with every fastener started before final alignment and tightening.
Do not crush the plasticTighten securely without deforming the fender, pulling a mounting tab sideways or omitting required washers and spacers.
Check full steering travelTurn the wheels completely in both directions and verify clearance around the tire, tie rod, spindle and bodywork.
Account for suspension movementA fender that clears while parked can still contact a tire when the suspension compresses or the kart crosses rough ground.
Recheck after the first rideInspect the bolts, bracket alignment and tire clearance after normal riding reveals how the parts settle.
Never use a fender as a stepStanding, lifting or tying down by a fender can crack the plastic or bend its bracket.

GoKartMasters Field Notes

Kids Will Eventually Test the Bodywork

Fenders and Blazer plastics are among the first parts to show the evidence of ordinary family riding, brush, trailers and minor crashes. That does not mean the whole kart is damaged. Look underneath the plastic and decide whether you need one fender, a bracket, hardware or a complete kit.

Check brackets firstA small impact often bends a bracket before it destroys the plastic. Compare both sides of the machine.
Do not ignore a new rattleLoose fender hardware can enlarge plastic holes and fatigue a bracket until a simple repair becomes a full kit.
Photograph before disassemblyPictures of the complete mounting arrangement make left, right, front and rear identification much easier.
Expect cosmetic changesGraphics and some colors can change by production run. Fitment matters first; verify color and decals separately.

TrailMaster Fender Parts FAQs

Are TrailMaster front fenders universal?

No. Similar-looking fenders can use different curves, brackets, bolt patterns and tire clearances. Confirm the exact model, position, side and OEM number.

Does a fender kit include brackets and hardware?

Contents vary. Some kits include both fenders, brackets and hardware while others include only selected pieces. Read the individual product description before ordering.

Will a Mid XRX fender fit a Mid XRX-R?

Do not assume every piece interchanges. The reverse-equipped model uses different rear brackets and kits. Use the product fitment or ask GoKartMasters to confirm.

Are Blazer 200R fenders the same as Mid XRX-R fenders?

The Blazer 200R shares the Mid XRX-R platform and front fender family, but its larger colored rear fenders, hood, decals and other bodywork are Blazer-specific.

Why does my new fender touch the tire?

Check for a wrong or bent bracket, incorrect tire, backward wheel, missing spacer, steering or suspension damage and forced mounting alignment before modifying the fender.

Can GoKartMasters order a fender that is not listed?

Yes. GoKartMasters sells parts to all TrailMaster owners and can special-order available OEM parts. Send the exact model, serial number, side, position, color, photos and any OEM number.

Need Help Identifying a Fender?
